Order Processing
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6 pm EST, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary depending on item availability, order volume, and whether the merchandise is in stock or requires additional handling.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, weight, destination, merchandise value and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Linda Richards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In-Stock & Special Order Items
Items that are in stock will ship as soon as they are processed and ready. Special orders, backorders, or items requiring additional preparation may have extended shipping timelines. If an item is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Linda Richards is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for updates once tracking information has been provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt by contacting info@lindarichards.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. Linda Richards cannot ship to PO boxes and is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for redirected, returned, or reshipped packages.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
